Job Description

What are your main duties & responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering quality customer services including but not limited to handling the daily operation of CS, handling inquiries, complaints, feedback from customers, etc.
- Maintain and update administrative filings and documents.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented
- Perform daily clerical duties including document preparation, assisting in all administration work as well as maintaining proper records of documentation
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Acquired professional insurance qualification such as IIQE is an advantage
- Pass all IIQE Paper (1 – 5) within the probation period
- 1 year of working experience in customer relationship management experience is highly preferred
- Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and willing to learn
- Positive, attentive to details, and good organizing skills
- Conversant with MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in spoken & written English, Chinese, and Mandarin is a must
