Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly payroll and other payments for frontline staff in compliance with local legislation 
• Manage and maintain accurate employee data in HRIS 
• Handle work injury cases including claims, payments and liaison with Labour Department, insurance company and adjusters 
• Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review 
• Formulate, implement and standardize HR manuals, policies and procedures 
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 
• Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in Retail, F&B or Hospitality industry 
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations 
• Independent & well-organized with good communication skills 
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and self-motivated 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and HRIS
