Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly payroll and other payments for frontline staff in compliance with local legislation
- Manage and maintain accurate employee data in HRIS
- Handle work injury cases including claims, payments and liaison with Labour Department, insurance company and adjusters
- Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
- Formulate, implement and standardize HR manuals, policies and procedures
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in Retail, F&B or Hospitality industry
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
- Independent & well-organized with good communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and HRIS
