Role & Responsibilities:

• Assists management with the execution of the business and HR plans including human capital change initiatives, talent acquisition, retention, reward/ recognition and execution of lower-level actions resulting from organization re-design.
• Acts as key support resource to senior colleagues who represent business in employee consultation or representation forums (where relevant).
• Support senior colleagues in all talent management activities including performance management, training, career development and diversity and inclusion activities.
• Establishes contacts across the HR function to ensure all transactional, operational and other needs are managed in a timely and seamless fashion; liaises with HR colleagues as necessary to resolve issues or queries.
• Provides first line advice to colleagues in the client group when the query is beyond the scope of Shared Services.
• Initiates all other colleague-related transactions executed by Shared Services on behalf of the client group.
• Partners with Shared Services to provide meaningful analytics to the business which can be used to inform decision-making.
• Ensures efficient on-boarding, off-boarding and transfer of colleagues as necessary.
• Supports the HRIS product and application roll-out within the client group.

• Degree Holder or above in Human Resource or any relevant discipline
• 10+ years relevant experience, MNC environment preferred.
• Fast-learner, self-starter, willing to take initiative and be hands on.
• Attention to details, agile and solution oriented.
• A team player and must have strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
