Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selections, employee relations and HR record maintenance
• Perform full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, posting job advertisement, CV screening, offer negotiation, on-boarding and off-boarding process not limited to local and overseas.
• Maintaining employment records and databases;
• Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review and conduct market survey for benchmarking
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years experience in a In-house HR or recruitment role, preferably with an agency background of fast paced environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese);
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Be a proactive team player with good inter-personal communication skills;
• Well organized, meticulous and able to handle multi-tasks within strict deadlines;
• Willing to take up challenges with “Can-do” attitude
• Immediate available is preferred
