ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions as Business Partner including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, staff engagement, employee relations, staff engagement etc.
• Support and ensure smooth recruitment, including but not limited to posting job advertisement, scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, booking meeting rooms
• Assist in arranging onboarding materials, logistics and office tour for new employees
• Maintain accurate and updated employee database and provide clerical support of HR administration including filing, data entry into the relevant HRIS and report consolidation etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on daily HR issues
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 1 to 2 years HR generalist experience preferably in multinational company or retail industry
• Possess a high level of initiative and attention to details with strong communication skills in English and Chinese
• Agile, organized, have strong analytical skills with the ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize
• Accountable for working with a high degree of autonomy in multi-tasking, fast-paced, professional and confidential environment
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Knowledge in Taleo, Oracle and IPL is a plus
