Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end of frontline recruitment process, including candidates sourcing, conducting interviews, making job offer and on/off boarding arrangement.
• Prepare HR reports for management review on a regular basis.
• Monitor the frontline staff performance and prepare the materials for performance review.
• Prepare annual budget for recruitment plan, staff activities and etc.
• Prepare Power-Point or other related materials for regular reporting.
• Draft the memo and staff communication message.
• Organize and conduct New Joiner Orientation and review the program structure regularly.
• Take an active role in organizing staff recreation activities and employee relations events.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 4-6 +years of HR experience, i with experience in Retail, FMCG or F&B industry will be a bonus
• An energetic and well-organized team player, with positive thinking and good analytical mind
• Able to work independently with a fast-paced, dynamic, customer-oriented environment
• Good communication skills to all level people and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Good in written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferable
