Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Marketing Department on daily operation, marketing research and all marketing promotion activities;
• Prepare marketing materials including presentations, reports and others marketing related documents as required;
• Handle internal & external samples or goods delivery/filing of marketing materials;
• Responsible for coordination work with shops and shopping malls;
• Support any ad-hoc projects & marketing related administrative job as assigned

Requirements:

• HKCEE/DSE/Diploma or above;
• 1-2 years' working experience;
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn;
• A Good team player with good clerical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to work independently and multi-task effectively;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant;
• Immediate available is preferred
