Responsibilities:

• Provide administration support to leasing team
• Handle leasing and tenancy matters and documentations
• Conduct site inspections and handle enquiries
• Assist in marketing research and searching potential clients for corporate’s fresh market portfolio
• Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements: 

• F.5 or above with minimum 2 years' relevant experience 
• Knowledge of tenancy agreement will be highly preferred
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detailed minded, hardworking, proactive and good communication skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
