Job Responsibilities:

• Provide one-stop human resources services to the front-line departments
• Prepare job descriptions, post job advertisement, arrange interview, prepare employment contract
• Assist in payroll calculation including commission, allowance, leave pay and MPF for over 100 staff.
• Organize and maintain personnel records and updating HR databases.
• Assist in various human resources initiatives in relation to recruitment activities, employee relations and internal communications etc.
• Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in HRM or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in HR or relevant role
• Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel and Chinese Word processing
• Mature, attentive to details, organized and independent
• More experience will be consider as Human Resources Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
