Job Description:

• Provide secretarial services and administrative support to the Executive Office
• Coordinate events and meetings, prepare meeting documents and logistics settings
• Draft various correspondences, including letters, memos, faxes and reports etc.
• Organizing travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, restaurants etc.
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects on a tight schedule

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal skills, independent, meticulous, well-organized, proactive and eager to learn
• Positive working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS office including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
