Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical and administrative duties, including data entry and record maintenance
- Handle general receptionist duties
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and handle courier service
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
- Assist in ad hoc clerical duties for the team
- Assist filing system, file/record update & retrieve records pertinent to the department;
- Assist office maintenance, workstation/facilities relocation, company event and staff activities;
- Diploma holder or above in related subject, degree holder is preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Good command of spoken and written English. Fluent in Putonghua, Mandarin, or any other third language is beneficial
- Microsoft Office skills and ICT literacy
- IT proficiency and ability to pick up new technology-enabled systems
- Work closely with different departments on system implementation from a data analysis perspective
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, well organized
- Good team player, self-initiative and pro-active
- Immediately available is preferred
