Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- On-site recruitment for frontline positions in a happy working environment
- Recommend various recruitment posting channels to reach out to the target candidates
- Report recruitment progress on a regularly basis and develop action plan to achieve target
- Act as ambassador to promote our jobs on-site to potential candidates
- Assist in supporting different job fairs and recruitment events
- Support Operations team on staff retention activities
Key Requirement
- DSE graduate or above;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Accountable, self-discipline and multi-tasking;
- Passionate in people and a good listener
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
