Responsibilities:

• Providing all kinds of support to immediate supervisor in respect of the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Assisting in payroll calculation including commission, allowance, leave pay and MPF for over 100 staff.
• Actively in organising recruitment including preparing job descriptions, posting recruitment advertisements and implementing selection process.
• Organizing and maintaining personnel records and updating HR databases.
• Assisting in setting and implementing on human resources policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Diploma holder in HRM or related disciplines
• Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or HR Officer or relevant role
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel and Chinese word processing, in particular)
• Strong phone, email and inter-personal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Thorough knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
• Immediately available is preferred
