• Perform all-rounded HR functions including on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, recruitment, headcount management, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations.
• Support in reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment and related legislation.
• Handle all aspects of benefits administration including leave management, staff medical claims.
• Create and maintain employee data records and personnel documents.
• Maintain human resources records.
• Assist in preparation of management reports and / or statistical analysis.
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required by Management.

 Requirement:

• Possession of a post-secondary educational qualification in human resources management.
• Careful, detail-minded, fast-paced, willing to change, responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances.
• At least 3 years relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong PC skills.
• Independent, well organized, good team player and flexible.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred and IANG is welcome.
