Providing full spectrum of secretarial duties and business operation support, including, but not exclusively:

•  Scheduling meetings and preparation of meeting materials.
•  Play a role as the tutor for Child after school or play time and report to parents on a daily basis on child progress both on homework and behavior..
•  Handling daily emails, correspondence and phone calls. Drafting of correspondence in both English and Chinese
•  Co-ordinate business/personal diary and events schedule.
• Manage information flow and ensure efficient communication with internal & external parties
• Handle ad-hoc project and assignments assigned independently and professionally from time to time if necessary.
• Assist in Property leasing activities from enquiry ,  tenancy administration to providing tenant documentation support

  Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Education or related discipline, related in Early Childhood Education is advantage
• Experience in working for Top Management or directly supporting senior management would be an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good PC skill in Microsoft office word, excel, Power point, outlook calendar, outlook business card function.
• Highly organised, detail-orientated, flexible and able to multi-task.
• Responsible, confident and able to think on your feet.
