Job Description

Requirement

  1.  level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese & English language in HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent;
  2. typing speed Chinese 30wpm, English 60wpm or above.
  3. at least 1 year of full-time post-secondary working experience.  Working experience in the Government and/or public organisations is an advantage.
Duties:
  •  supporting the relocation and renovation exercise of BRO;
  •  assisting the Executive Assistant in providing administrative and logistical support to various events, meetings and business missions including procurement of stores and services, distribution of letters and publicity materials, venue set-up, etc; and
  • performing other general clerical / secretarial duties to the offices as assigned.
