Responsibilities

• Report to Head of Human Resources, being the 2nd person in charge, this is a HR Generalist role to work closely with the school principal, education staff to provide all rounded support and advise to the business include recruitment strategies, labour ordinance, C&B policy review, on -boarding, employee professional development.
• Bachelor degree major in Human Resources Management
• Regional office working experience preferred
• Hands on experience in global relocation (in-bound), employment contract, work permit application.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Energetic, agile with good problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
