Job Scope

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the business and provide HR advisory support to the business including end-to-end recruitment, branding, learning and development, talent management, employee relations, policy review and HR projects. You will also play a key role drafting corporate internal communication letters. Adhoc projects will be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Degree qualification or above with 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR BP.
• Detail oriented individual with sound knowledge of local employment ordinance and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
• Committed and mature with high level of integrity and independent.
• Candidates with strong recruitment backgorund will also be considered
• Language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is needed.
