Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception – Greet and escort customers and visitor for meeting and serve beverages
  • Manage Meeting room – Meeting room booking, setup and reinforcement
  • Manage daily mailing services and internal distribution
  • Coordinate with courier services (local and overseas)
  • Physical documents filing and management
  • General office Admin
    • Stationery and pantry item stock management and place order via online system
    • Coordinate with building services
    • Housekeeping for office environment and pantries
Job Requirements:
  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • Relevant experience in bank environment is an advantage
  • PC knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Good communications skill and detail-oriented
