We are looking for someone with: 

  • Degree holder with major in business
  • 3 years’ work experience in life insurance industry
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Independent with high flexibility
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing 

On the job you will: 

  • Administrate the contracting of new agency appointment as well as agents' benefit plans 
  • Handle debt collection matters
  • Handle agents' MPF/SFC license registration, de-registration, renewal and annual return
  • Assist in the formulation of contract and benefit policies and procedures
  • Participate in projects and ad hoc assignments
  • Handle general correspondence and agent enquiries
