- This role is considered on-site, which means the employee will work from a Company designated location on an ongoing basis.

Job Summary:

Program Management Office (PMO) within Technology and Digital (T&D) organization is responsible for oversee portfolio and program management related to IT transformation, innovation, digital, technology and data.
The selected candidate will work closely with T&D teams and collaborate with key stakeholders in relating to portfolio management, program management, demand management, project priority, budget management, resource capacity and allocation management, financial tracking & reporting, etc.


Job Key Role and Responsibilities
1)    Program Strategy

  • Assist in collaboration and consolidating within T&D for efforts in resort-wide initiatives or campaigns

2)    Program Planning and Tracking

  •  Consistently collect initiatives for assessment, prioritization and planning
  • Track business concepts and consolidate into T&D portfolio/ program
  • Keep track T&D portfolio and program backlogs, investments among value streams
  • Maintain the holistic views on programs to ensure individual systems achieve business needs
  • Monitor, track and report on the key value streams for management reporting

3)    Program Budget

  • Prepare consolidated long term to short term financial plans, forecast and month-end closing, as well as analysis with the integration of projects/ product to program level
  • Collaborate with product managers to clearly articulate variances to forecast and outlines cause of change

4)    Schedule, Dependency and Timeline

  • Consolidate program/project/sprint/release plans with clear dependencies
  • Monitor scheduling of key deliverables, milestones and tasks for management reporting

5)    Reporting and Communication

  • Work closely with the teams to consolidate and deliver timely reports and responses
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and program workshops driving commitments, accountability, and deliverables for program management
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations relating to technology portfolio for management and segments

6)    Process Management

  • Assist in driving excellence by establishing a centralized platform for submitting and voting on ideas
  • Assist in promoting process and practice improvements in the portfolio management
  • Collaborate with corporate and segment on PPM process and related tools


Basic Job Requirements
1)    Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines; or equivalent

2)    Working Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology planning, program/ project management and/or financial reporting or relevant areas
  • Experience in IT Program/ Programme Management Office (PMO) or Project Portfolio Management (PPM) team
  • Experience in financial planning, project management and/or financial reporting
  • Experience in creating deck, reports, charts, and graphs for executive leadership

3)    Skills/ Specialized Knowledge/ Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Apps and Services, especially in Excel
  • Good financial analysis skills to track resources and costs
  • Good knowledge in sourcing process and contract handling
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities
  • Ability in tracking and reporting progress to management
  • Good verbal and written communications 
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with good troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge in IT operations and practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Disney experience is an advantage
  • Exposure in working with global/ international team
  • Experience in SmartSheet will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of PPM, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile and waterfall methodologies/ processes
  • Experience developing insights with Power BI is desirable
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate Manager, Program Management Office
