- 1 year or above relevant experience in B2B, HR, or recruitment focus
- Less experience will be considered as a Researcher/ Associate Consultant
- Eager to learn and work independently
- Resilient and collaborative with a "can-do" attitude
- Positive, energetic, and able to work under pressure
