Job Responsibilities:-

• Provide full support to senior management
• Spectrum of secretarial and administrative
• Manage calendars, meeting schedules and personal matters
• Organize and co-ordinate conferences, appointments and travel arrangements
• Arrange business and social functions
• Maintain good filing system
• Undertake ad hoc assignments
  
  

Job Requirements:-

• Degree Holder
• At least 2 years secretarial experience in serving senior management (Fresh graduate with strong academic background will also be considered)
• Smart, mature, meticulous, stable and self-motivated
• Well-organized, detail-minded and be discreet in handling confidential matters
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with good time management 
• Able to work overtime when necessary
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
