Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform review and monitoring to ensure policies & procedures are in line with the bank’s business risk control and compliance standards in respect of Selling Derivative, FX and Investment Products.
• Demonstrate a robust performance in pursuing business risk control, monitoring the risk and potential risks of non-compliance with regulatory and internal rules.
• Monitor the effectiveness in the implementation of the risk controls / mechanisms / system.
• Achieve the objective of identifying, assessing, managing and reporting exceptions.
• Follow-up on the discrepancy/irregularity found.
• Assist to prepare the Management Information System Report and trend analysis.
• Prepare all required documentation for internal or external inspection / review.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or Accounting related disciplines is required.
• 3-4 years’ relevant experience in the compliance and/ or business management functions of international banks or securities houses.
• General knowledge on CIB products.
• Ability to understand and apply the policies to monitor and review the general CIB operational processes.
• More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Associate
