Responsibilities & Qualifications:  

This role will evolve as the business grows and it is for someone who is flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business, as well as being enthusiastic, energetic and ready to drive change.

Key responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Managing Partner to support all aspects of his work, personal and matters, including making travel arrangements (both domestic and international), coordinating meetings, and managing his calendar
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
• Organize company and client events, where necessary
• Assist with general office support
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10-15 years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team, preferably from Investment Banking or PE Funds
• Proficient MS office skills
• Attention to details and open to multi-tasking 
• Strong interpersonal skills with a strong collaboration mindset 
• Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to manage through ambiguity and prioritise effectively 
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is required
