- Handle enquiries in accordance with company standard
按公司指引解答客戶查詢。 - Handle bookings and manage appointment schedules for hearing test
處理聽力測試預約及管理聽力測試安排。 - Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to develop a stronger client base by regular follow-up
定時向潛在客人致電跟進，與其保持良好關係，為公司發展客戶群。 - Responsible for reception work and provide sales support (product maintenance and hearing test etc.)
負責前台接待工作及支援銷售服務(保養服務及聽力測試等)。 - Provide general administration and clerical support
提供一般行政和文書支援。 - Handle stock and logistics arrangement
處理庫存記錄及處理貨品出庫及入庫。 - Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
處理上司指派的工作。
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in customer service
最少一年客戶服務經驗 - Proficiency in Cantonese, basic in spoken English and Putonghua
操流利粵語、略懂英文及普通話 - Good telephone manner and communication skills
良好電話禮儀及溝通技巧 - Cheerful, polite and positive attitude
性格開朗、為人有禮、態度積極 - Familiar with various MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
熟悉電腦操作，包括Word、Excel及中文輸入法
