Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Working in the group level for its Bank, Insurance and Investment business, to coordinate and manage the annual pay review process, ESOP, salary benchmarking exercise and market research regarding development in compensation and benefit programs
  • Work closely with others Group HR in developing and implementing the compensation, benefits and performance appraisal process
  • Handle governance and framework for the compensation and benefits programs
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to prepare headcount & cost related reports.
  • Assist to review HR related policies (Employee Handbook, Remuneration Policy)
  • Assist in C&B projects such as budgeting & forecasting
  • Keep abreast with market’s latest development in legislation and EO

 Requirements: 

  • Bachelor-degree in any discipline preferably with HR qualification
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in rewards and performance management in financial institutions
  • Strong numerical sense, detail minded and self-motivated
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, team playerGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and regulations, knowledge in ECF and CG5 are advantages
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
