• All rounded secretarial duties and team supervision
• Supervise work production in the department
• Learn to evaluate staff performance and work improvement in the department
• Assist department head in various tasks (e.g. Work procedures, implementation of safety, health and environmental policies)
• Provide administration supports (e.g. company functions, seminars)

• Degree holder, major in Business Administration and Management
• At least 1-2 years of working experience
• Good leadership skill with a focus in employee coaching and development in the department
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strategic and creative mindset
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills
• Immediately available is preferred.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Secretary.
