Job Description

About this role......

  • Responsible for the content update for products redemption on client's e-shop in a timely manner
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure the product contents (e.g. product size, colour, etc.) are accurate
  • Assist in CS case investigation and make necessary improvement on work process
  • Compile reports for management review in a timely manner
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments

You may fit for the role if you have......

  • Diploma and above in business or related discipline with at least 1 year working experience
  • Detail-minded, proactive with can-do attitude
  • Good time management and able to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
