Job Description
About this role......
- Responsible for the content update for products redemption on client's e-shop in a timely manner
- Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure the product contents (e.g. product size, colour, etc.) are accurate
- Assist in CS case investigation and make necessary improvement on work process
- Compile reports for management review in a timely manner
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments
You may fit for the role if you have......
- Diploma and above in business or related discipline with at least 1 year working experience
- Detail-minded, proactive with can-do attitude
- Good time management and able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hybrid work arrangement (can work in office or home)
- 15 to 18 days Annual Leave
