• Responsible for management and business performance of the restaurant but not only limited to pre-opening duties, opening arrangement, daily operations, administrative duties, staffing, part time employee, cost control, food quality, workplace safety, hygiene and maintenance
• Ensure effective daily operations and to maximize customer satisfaction
• Work with F&B management to drive activities that increase revenues, reduce costs and improve profitability across all F&B revenue streams
• Work closely with Marketing Team & Kitchen Team on menu ideas, seasonal menus, promotional ideas as to drive sales and revenue of the restaurant
• Consistently review operations and performance of teams members to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement and development of the restaurant and the staff
• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate all activities, banquets and events * Report the business performance to Senior Management - both financial & non-financial
• Manage cost in line with budget and accountability for the restaurant P&L
• Able to communicate with staff to create good teamwork morale
• Provide training to deliver high quality of customer service
• Handle guest’s comments and complaints with immediate solution
• Handle ad-hoc assignments when requested

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Operations Management or any related disciplines
• Min 10 years working experience in Chinese Restaurant or related F&B operations with at least 5 years in managerial role. For candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager
• Extensive Knowledge in event and space management with focus on event logistics and execution
• Solid experience in pre-opening & setting up of luxury restaurant is an advantage
• Good knowledge of food and wine pairing and up selling skills
• Strong leadership, well-organized, attentive, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Independent, Energetic, passionate, flexible, multi-tasking with proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial mindset & creative approach to business development
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to communicate effectively on all levels
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
