Job Description

Our client is one of the leading non-profit organizations in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now looking for a C&B Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and leading HR consultants, participate in reward design, job evaluation and analysis, grading structure and title regime review, and any other related projects
  • Assist the team lead in the rewards and benefits transformation journey of the Corporation
  • Drive the annual salary review and variable pay exercise including but not limited to market bench-marking, salary structure review, cost simulation and budget allocation, salary and bonus planning co-ordination, staff communication and payroll execution
  • Formulate HR analytic and develop regular HR Analytic Dashboard to assist top management
    team to prioritise people agenda
  • Collaborate with different HR internal stakeholders to streamline operation work flows,
    develop standard operation procedures and assist in implementing new HR systems
  • Lead the HR share service teams to deliver high quality and efficient services to internal clients
  • Contribute to the staff budget and headcount planning and yearly benefits plan review and
    renewal
  • Conduct regular review on HR polices to align with HR strategies, and ensure all policies are effective and compliant with internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned

Main Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant
    disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of solid working experience in human resources management with focus
    on C&B areas, preferably in MNC or sizeable organisation.
  • Solid experience in HR analytic, work flow enhancement and policy revamp
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-initiated and able to work independently
  • Organised, attention to details, have strong mathematical sense and analytic mind
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other employment related
    legislation
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chines
