Job Description
Our client is looking for personal assistant to their Chairman (foreign expatriate). Hong Kong is their head office with a diversify business portfolio to cover property investment, restaurants, serviced apartment and entertainment across Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities
- You would be responsible for the Chairman''s scheduling, business appointment, traveling schedule, media interview and manage his social media account activities.
- Bachelor Degree holder. 5 years relevant working experience.
- Native English speaker. Multi-tasking, fast paced, energetic, detail oriented with a cheerful personality, able to deal with people in all level.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially powerpoint
