Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle general clerical works such as input data, filing and scanning
- Perform general account duties, such as expenses reimbursement and invoice settlement
- Assist stock replenishment, inventory control, month end stock take
- Handle daily order and responsible for goods receipt
- Liaise with relevant parties to manage Jewellery Exhibition, such as follow up customers’ booking & enquiries and consolidate attendance list
- Support facilities management
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks & projects as assigned
- Shift duty is required
- Work Location: PMQ located at Central
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration work, knowledge in jewellery is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-minded, well organized and high sense of responsibilities
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
- Good in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
