The department

The IT Strategy and Governance Department drives new strategies for overall IT Planning including manpower planning, demand and supply management, IT budgets and financial planning. It is responsible for the design and governance of the Enterprise Architecture, the management of the Project Management Office and resourcing from the IT Shenzhen Development Center. In addition, it manages the strategic relationship with business users and external partners to foster customer focus and collaboration.

The Job

• Manage the administrative support Programme Managers, Project Managers, & Programme Office.
• Coordinate and arrange the workshops, training, meetings & discussions for the team.
• Assist the on-site vendors settling into the Club and provide general support for day-to-day delivery activities.
• Arrange and maintain the schedule of various meetings (including interview appointments) and room booking of the team.
• Handle routine correspondence and other general secretarial support.

About You

• Degree Educated
• Experienced in supporting programme & project managers.& expatriate members, as well as secretarial support experience
• Excellent communication, organization skills, interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Excellent with MS and computer applications
• Proficient with MS Office and MS SharePoint. Confluence
