Job Description:

• Handle full set I/E shipment and banking document independently ;
• Arrange shipment from China / Europe to Hong Kong;
• Liaise with trucker/forwarder/carrier for both overseas and local logistic arrangement & to request the shipping rate, prepare the freight comparison;
• Resolve logistics operation issues and handle import/export and custom declaration (Wine & Beverage) ;
• Prepare shipping reports & keep proper data records manner;
• Responsible for day to day general administration services functions such as mailing & courier services, filing, data entry, scanning, procurement of stationery, water, and other office supplies, and other office administration works, etc. ;
• Assist in updating company reports, control books, or other business correspondence ;
• Handle ad hoc assignments when necessary as required by supervisor ;
• Smart, self-motivated, independent and aggressive 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent is preferred ;
• 5 years relevant working experience ;
• Solid experience in shipment from Europe / China to Hong Kong ;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin ; 
• Candidate with L/C and forwarder work experience will be advantage ;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint ;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill ;
• Good English and Chinese word processing ;
• Working experience in wine & beverage industry is highly preferred
