Responsibilities:
-Handle the full spectrum of projects and support the company continuous growth.
-Ensure on time complete all projects assigned.
-Liaise and coordinate with both external parties and internal departments.
-Projects including but not limited to leasing, clinic renovation, IT and utilities issues.
-Service Contract handling (Review, Renew, etc.).
-Perform and manage the regular reports in time.
-Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:
-Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant qualification.
-At least 3 years related experience, in medical/ retail industry will be an advantage.
-Good problem-solving skills.
-Strong independent, mature, self-motivated, good communication, planning, organizing skills, able manage multiple tasks and willingness to support others.
-Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
-A fast learner with analytical mind.
-Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
-Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing.
-AutoCAD is an advantage
-Immediately available is highly preferred.
