Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide full secretarial/clerical and administrative support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the operations.
• Maintain document control processes for the efficient management.
• Maintain a proper Document Management System for recording, distribution and tracking of all documents.
• Keep stock of stationary supplies for the department.
• Maintain and follow up the attendance record of site labour
• Assist Administrator to prepare document submissions for Wage Monitoring System of Hong Kong Housing Authority Projects.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignment/ tasks as required.

 Requirements

• Diploma or above or equivalent.
• Min 1 year clerical or relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese;
• Responsible, hardworking & well-organized;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
•  No site/engineering work experience will also be considered

Benefits

• 5 days per week (Mon-Fri: 8:30-17:00)
• Working location in Devon House, Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay
• 1 year contract, renewable
