About the role

Our client is a global media company who is looking for an energetic new member to join their reception team. Guest experience is paramount and we are looking for vibrant candidates who share the passion for excellence in hospitality as well as security.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing courteous counter services to customers and visitors
• Ensure all personnel enter the office are positively authorized
• Handle telephone enquiries and direct it efficiently to right parties
• Provide support for special events such as badging, etc
• Assist in security escorts when required and performs other related duties as signed

• Higher Diploma with 1 year working experience in customer services, security or receptionist
• Professional telephone manner with good interpersonal and customer services skills.
• Possesses a positive attitude, even in difficult situations
• Proficient PC skills of MS office applications
• Good command of both conversational and written English and Chinese
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) & QAS Certificate is a preferable
• Working Location: Taikoo
• Immediate available preferred
