Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Diploma holder with 2 years related work experience is highly preferred
• Pleasant personality and patient attitude, good telephone manner together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST
• Be responsible, well-organized, self-initiated and customer services oriented 
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient computer knowledge such as Microsoft and Chinese word processing
• Strong sense of team spirit
• Willing to perform shift duties including Sat/ Sun/ Public holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, email communications professionally and resolve any service issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately
• Responsible for after-sales operation supports
• Handle CS related duties of various company new products
• Perform office admin duties and assist in client activity
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
