We are looking for someone with:
- Working experience at insurance/ medical industry with 1-2 years or above
- Degree / diploma holder
- Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibilities and details oriented.
- Be proactive and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
On the job you will:
- Adjudicate Group Life and Medical claims according to established guidelines and protocol.
- Handle claims enquiries from all channels in a professional manner within standard turnaround time and identify improvement areas to enhance customers' experience.
- Follow up enquiries with service providers / clinics / hospitals.
- Provide administrative support.
- Handle ad hoc assignment or projects.
