Job Description

Our client provides quality services to higher education and training institutions, their campus is in Southern Area and is looking for Temp Receptionist/Front Desk Executive to assist their operations team for 3 months contract.

Job duties:

The primary responsibility of this role is to welcome and greet visitors and guests to the campus.  Oversees the daily front desk operation, manages the flow of traffic in the reception area including performing a variety of administrative and assist with special events, logistics and setups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent and above
  • At least 4 years of solid experience, preferably in higher education, training or hospitality industry preferably
  • Good computer skills. Proficient with MS Office
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English. Good written skills in English and Chinese
