Responsibilities:

• Act as HRBP and perform a full cycle recruitment process for frontline staff, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging & conducting interviews, hiring proposal preparation and offer extension and related administrative duties for on-boarding
• Explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels as well as building talent pipelines
• Maintain and update recruitment database
• Coordinate job fair and recruitment activities
• Compile HR-related statistics, reports and recruitment surveys
• Follow up probation evaluation, contract renewal and manage recruitment agencies
• Participate in HR projects including performance review, appraisals, promotions, manpower planning and budgeting
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline with at least 3 years’ experience in mass recruitment, exposure in fashion retail is highly preferred
• Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, time management and good communication skills
•  Good team player, self-motivated, equipped with a ‘can-do’ attitude and positive mindset
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
