Responsibilities:

• Assist Compliance Officer for KYC documentations, maintain good filing of documents and Company Secretarial Tasks
• Handle document filing and department administrative work
• To do adhoc tasks as request.

Requirements:

• F.5, DSE or above with secretarial training preferred
• At least 1 years of administration and assistant related experience is an advantage
• Ability to organize, multi-tasking and problem solving
• Mature, independent and flexible
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Immediate available is preferred
