About The OpportunityWith improvement, it brought about changes to the business, we have a Team Leader opportunity in FCM Hong Kong Operations team.Whether you already have a background in Leadership or Corporate Travel and looking to take the next step in your career, this is your opportunity to step into a critical leadership position in our Global Consistency and Implementation pillar.On top of being responsible for your daily travel consulting duty, this is what you will be tasked:
  • Motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team to continue to drive them to achieve their sales target
  • Working with the Team Leader in leading and implementing new initiatives and processes
  • Developing and maximizing your team potential and continue to grow the business
  • Assisting and supporting your team in all aspects including:
  • Customer service and satisfaction
  • Implementation and adherence to the business daily, weekly and monthly systems
  • Continue to encourage the achievement of the team financial results and KPI's
Additional Requirements Are
  • Leads by example and act as a leader in the absence of your VL and Operations Director
  • Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • Ability to manage change
  • Exceptional customer service
  • The drive, determination and focus to lead a successful business
  • Sound Business Acumen
