Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist account officers in agency team to fulfill various loan agent’s duties in syndicated lending business
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents and correspondences to syndicate lenders
- Maintain records on loan drawdown, rollover, repayment and fees.
- Prepare payment notices and interest calculation worksheets, due date slip as well as funds transfer to borrower and lenders
- Provide secretarial support to agency team including arranging meetings with lenders and prepare business expense report
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education level or above
- Minimum 2 years’ loan administration experience in banking or financial institutions with syndicated loan administration and secretarial experience will be an advantage
- A team player with good interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office
