Job Description : 

• Assist Training Manager in supervising and implementing various training programs
• Communicate closely with employees at all levels to identify training needs
• Review and update training content and materials regularly
• Prepare training materials and coordinate with different parties for training programs
• Conduct training activities including classroom training, on-site guidance and briefings, etc.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiate modification as needed
• Keep track of industry development trends and take the initiative to understand and explore new training methods

Requirements:

• 3-8 years training experience gained from sizable companies
• Experience in Retail/F&B industry preferred (not a must)
• An outgoing team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in written Chinese and English
• Good analytical, problem-solving, time management and decision-making skills
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
