Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma, preferably in Business Studies
• 3-4 years experience in secretarial and administration functions
• Prior experience in handling travel arrangement is required
• Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good communication of both spoken and written English
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support on daily operation and general administration duties
• Assist Associate Director on scheduling appointments and meetings
• Handle travel arrangement, hotel & flight booking and itineraries planning
• Responsible for license & contract renewal and updating the database
• Assist in organizing company and employee activities & ad hoc tasks
