Job Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma, preferably in Business Studies
- 3-4 years experience in secretarial and administration functions
- Prior experience in handling travel arrangement is required
- Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good communication of both spoken and written English
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support on daily operation and general administration duties
- Assist Associate Director on scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle travel arrangement, hotel & flight booking and itineraries planning
- Responsible for license & contract renewal and updating the database
- Assist in organizing company and employee activities & ad hoc tasks
