Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle all-round HR functions including but not limited to staff recruitment, on/off-boarding arrangement, leave record management, employment contracts, MPF and taxation arrangement, group medical & insurance plans renewal, monthly payroll processing to cope with operation need;
  • Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures; 
  • Assist in office administration duties and handle general office and administration tasks;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • 2 years or above relevant experience preferred;
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of English and Chinese(including Mandarin), both spoken and written;
  • Ability to successfully multitask while working independently and responsibly;
  • Detail-minded with good efficiency and well organized;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant;
