Job Description
Duties:
- To assist the Quality Assurance and Training Manager in coordinating and facilitating the Certification Audit, Internal Audits and other accreditations deemed necessary at defined interval
- To assist the Quality Assurance and Training Manager in identifying the training needs and plan training and development strategies for all staff
- To provide secretarial and executive support to different committees including Risk Management Committee, Occupational Safety and Health Committee, QA Circle, Ethics Committee and other committees
- To update QMS Document in the Hospital Intranet
- To facilitate and provide on-site support of all in-house compulsory, scheduled and ad hoc training sessions of the hospital, including OSH Day, Induction Day and other co-joint trainings
- To coordinate internal and external training sponsorship procedures and student placement programme
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree graduate or above
- At least 2 years’ clerical working experience
- Proficiency in PC application, MS office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
- Experience in helping organization in developing computer system will be an advantage
