What will I be responsible for?

• Handle in the shipment documentations
• Follow-up on orders taken including monitoring, tracking of shipments and advising customers on the shipment status
• Provide administrative and clerical support, such as data entry tasks, filling
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

What experience/skills do I need to be successful in this role?

• High Diploma or above, University Graduate is preferred.
• Knowledge in logistic daily practices
• 2 years of  relevant experience in shipping documentation and/or customer service in a multinational company environment would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Responsible, positive manner and attitude, great team-work ethic and good communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Immediate available preferred
